Obama’s done a lot to cement his “legacy” into history books. Mostly by flipping a middle finger to the people. For instance, when he legalized gay marriage or passed Obamacare. Many Americans voiced opposition, but it mattered not to Barack. Settle down, peasants. After all, this legacy won’t build itself.
Now that Trump’s the President-Elect, much of BO’s changes face a rocky future. That happens when your legacy sucks. Hence why America opted to not elect another Democrat. But according to Obama, the reason why people don’t like him has little to do with policy…
I think there’s a reason why attitudes about my presidency among whites in northern states are very different from whites in southern states.
There are folks whose primary concern about me has been that I seem foreign. The “other.”
Are those who champion the Birther Movement feeding off of bias? Absolutely.
Surprise! It’s the melanin. Not the Obamacare crapfest, not his divisive, race-baiting ways, and not even his baby-soft touch on immigration (see Five Shocking “Free” Things Illegals Get Under Obama That You Don’t…). Nay. He’s simply a bit too toasted for the South.
If I may venture a guess as to why it’s so hard for the left to be taken seriously – it’s things like this. If you disagree with them, it must be because you’re a RACIST! No, seriously (see Norman North High School Teacher: “To be white is to be racist.” Yes, Really…). In Obama’s case, Southern whites are to blame for his failed legacy. He did great things, they just can’t see past their
skyrocketing healthcare premiums racist racism.
It sounds like I’m making generalizations about the left, but here it is straight from the mule’s mouth…
Also, Crowder has some words.
