There has been more drama than the Real Housewives of (pick your stupid city) since Donald Trump acknowledged Jerusalem as the capital of Israel (see Nikki Haley Tells the UN Security Council Where to Stick Their Jerusalem Resolution and Angry Palestinians Deface Jerusalem Monument. To Send Trump a Message...). Reminder: Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. If there's an opportunity to exercise anti-semitism, the UN embraces it like Tess Holiday at Taco Bell's extra value menu.

That's just for fun. Merry Christmas.

Here's the interesting thing. While the UN does their anti-Israel schtick, other countries are looking to follow Trump's lead. Or at least, they are according to Benjamin Netanyahu.

We're now talking to several countries who are seriously considering saying exactly the same thing as the United States and moving their embassies to Jerusalem.

Jerusalem has been the capital of Israel for 3,000 years from the time of King David. It has been the capital of Israel for 70 years, and it's about time that the US said, and I'm glad they said, 'This is the capital and we recognize it' and I think that's going to be followed by other countries.

Other countries FOLLOWING in Donald Trump's footsteps? Must admit, didn't see that coming. A pleasant plot twist. Like a buy one donut, get a dozen bear claws for free. It's Christmas and I'm hungry. Suck it up.

Be prepared for CNN puff muffins to fret about the United States leading. To a leftist, there's nothing worse than America being a global leader. Especially if Trump is the one leading. Again, plot twist.
