Remember when the military's primary goal was winning wars and protecting America's interests? Those where the days. Now the military is all about that social justice (see WATCH: Senator Harasses General Mattis on LGBT in the Military. Gets Shut Down Hard… and Progress? Defense Department to Allow Openly ‘Trans People’ in the Military…). The Army is now allowing male soldiers to shower with the ladies. That is if the men identify as ladies. Apparently women identifying as women means jack squat in 2017. Policies based on the feels allow delusional schizophrenics people who self-identify as transgender to shower with those of the opposite sex. Feminism has failed women.

Now female soldiers will shower next to men folk. Don't drop the soap.

The policy allows transgender soldiers to switch their “gender marker” in the Army’s personnel database without undergoing sex reassignment surgery or any other physical changes.

From that point on, the transgender soldier is “expected to adhere to all military standards associated with their gender,” and “use the billeting, bathroom and shower facilities” of their new gender.

I thought, according to feminists, that male soldiers took advantage of female soldiers. How does this new policy square with that one?

As important as privacy and respect are, the biggest problem with the policy is its effect on the military’s core purpose of battle readiness. For example, under the policy, a male infantryman who cannot meet the bare minimum requirement of 42 pushups and is therefore considered a liability in combat can switch his “gender marker” to female and suddenly be qualified. Even though he retains the exact same physical characteristics, and can do only 19 push-ups, he will now be a combat-ready female infantry soldier, eligible to hold the exact same role in his former unit.

Ah. So much like the "transwoman" athlete, the "transwoman soldier" is but a soldier who failed as a man soldier, so he's going to hang with the chickas when Mohammad blows himself up.

Two problems: men are men, they're not women. Not now, not ever. Second problem, there should be ONE standard for "battle readiness" and if a woman can't hack it, she's out. I'm sick of two standards for men and women in the military. War doesn't care if you're born with a vagina or a penis. Either you can physically hack combat, or you cannot. Let's make standards revolve around winning wars, not about making ladies (or transladies) feel warm and tingly while they're holding a boom stick.

The double entendre. It's intentional.

The “harassment and discrimination” section of the lesson plan forbids “attitudes or comments that marginalize transgender people.” Heated, time-sensitive situations come with enough confusion on their own, without the additional layer added by gender-neutral pronouns such as “they” and “their,” and soldiers should not have to double-clutch for fear of repercussions before speaking bluntly in such situations.

Again, the military is not about inclusivity. It's about destroying the other side as quickly and efficiently as possible, usually by causing the most damage to our enemies. How "marginalizing" or not "marginalizing" gender confused dinguses makes its way into any kind of military handbook is beyond me.

Nevertheless it is. And now men who couldn't hack it as men can say they're ladies without hacking off their Jimmy John Thomas. Then lather up with Sgt. Tammy and Corporal Cindy. Progress.
