MSNBC's Joy Reid Blasts Trump's SOTU Message on "Church" and "Family"
It was the best of Trump, it was the worst of Trump.
Here we have A Tale of Two Trump Critics. Both, allegedly, watched Trump's State of the Union speech.
This is a fair take. Even if you aren't a Trumpkin. Even if you acknowledge the president has a habit of schlonging himself. Typically within 48 hours. Luntz at least has an intellectually honest response. "Not a fan of Trump, but that was a good speech."
Then you have this take from Joy Reid, the 21st century's answer to incurable head lice (see Joy Reid Goes Full Crybaby. Blames Rural Americans for Getting in the Left’s Way… and This James Woods Response to Joy Reid’s Anti-NRA Tweet is Brutal…). She managed to uncover how much Democrats hate America in one tweet. With more ellipses than compassion.
Going to church, raising a family, and getting all 'Merica up in this business. According to Democrats living la vida loca in DC, all tropes from a bygone era. The 1950s. Leftist dog-whistling for "everyone who loves America is an inbreeding racist." The President of the United States talked about "tropes" most of the county still reveres. As opposed to:
"Abortion ... giving puberty blockers to three year olds ... AntiFa ... riots ... Lena Dunham ... MSNBC trying to call on all the tropes of 2018s-era leftism. The goal of this speech appears to be to force the normalization of SJWs on the terms of the new era SJW doucheburritos want to take us to. #SOTU"
Folks who want to give puberty blockers to toddlers call people who go to church "extreme." That's a fine projection game. But we aren't fooled. Going to church is normal behavior. Screaming at the sky because America fairly elected a man with bad hair, is borderline functionally retarded. I say "borderline" as not to offend actual retarded people. Who aren't stupid enough to scream at the sky.
The State of the Union was illuminating: leftists have a habit of showing us their alternative reality. It's a freak parade. A freak parade which looks even freakier when contrasted with what most of America is, and wants to continue being: a safe haven for freedom. Not a testing ground for delusion, symbolized by a man in a dress. Accessorizing his penis buldge.
