2022 has been a wacky year. I did not think it would be wacky enough to give us TWO different "guy gets so drunk he picks a fight with Mike Tyson" stories. And in less than a month! At least the drunk guy who pulled a gun on Mike Tyson caught him in a good mood. The drunk guy on an airplane did not.

Sources tell TMZ the passenger "was extremely intoxicated" and "wouldn't stop provoking the boxer in his seat." Police say the man would not cooperate with an investigation but was treated for "non-life-threatening injuries." Tyson's management acknowledged "Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat."

The man is lucky it was 4/20 and Tyson was in a good mood en route to party with his cannabis business partner, The Nature Boy (WHOO) Ric Flair.

Unfortunately for Drunkard Jones, he doesn't follow Dana White on Twitter. If he did, Jones may have known the proper way to address Mike Tyson on an airplane.

Actor and O.G. Ice T also chimed in. Ice took more of a philosophical stance on what this incident says about the society we live in.

Ice T makes an excellent argument. Although, it sounds vaguely familiar. I feel like Ice is paraphrasing a different philosopher.

Oh yeah, that's right! He's paraphrasing Mike Tyson.

In Drunkard Jones' defense (kinda), he looks young. Oldheads remember Mike Tyson for being a killer in the ring. D.J. may only know Mike Tyson from The Hangover and thought he was just annoying an actor. One that used a stunt double when he knocked Zack Galifianakis the f*ck out after they stole Tyson's tiger. As it turns out, even in his fifties and on his way to a pot conference, Mike Tyson still has hands.

It's shocking this is now the second "drunk and messing with Tyson" story we've had this year. I like the sauce but have never been drunk enough to play "I'm not touching you" with Mike Tyson. I'd have a hard enough time making eye contact knowing I kicked his ass in "Mike Tyson's Punch-Out" as a kid.
