The NRA-ILA forum is in full swing, with many famous peeps giving speeches. Mike Pence and the Trumpinator came out to let us know guns are the bee's knees, but forget about those chumps. The real standout was our old friend Mark Robinson, who brought the house down with this rousing pro-gun speech:

Mark Robinson gets it. History is the key to understanding the importance of the Second Amendment. The olden days were full of douchey types who were drunk on power. The brits, when they were in control, were treating America like a red-headed stepchild with super-AIDS. Our powdered-wig hombres had beef with their powdered-wig hombres. Then, those redcoat asshats tried jacking our gats. Big mistake.

America being better than every other place comes down to our boomstickery. We're one of the very few places on this rock where individuals have the right to self-preservation. When we're in the midst of a life-and-death situation and the police are unavailable, we can lock-and-load and give our attackers a face-to-face with Jesus. Even if our attackers are our own government, should they decide to get their tyranny on.

Mr. Robinson is a true patriot and an expert on the true meaning of the Second Amendment. Leftists claim the founders put the amendment there for government militias to hunt deer with single-shot muskets.

In reality, the Second Amendment was put there for the people to have ultimate control over the U-S-of-A. Which is why we've yet to be subjects of totalitarian dickery. Hitler, Mao, and Lenin would think twice before trying to lord over millions of gun owners with AR-15s and a lifetime supply of 5.56.
