With the Harvey Weinsteins of America suddenly under scrutiny, dirt keeps getting dug up on powerful figureheads. The watershed moment here is a flash flood of Noah-like proportions. But this particular story has more penises that the classic, biblical tale. What we've learned so far? Sexual deviancy and power go hand in molesting hand.

A perfect example of this is Ed Buck, a wealthy Democrat donor. He's a regular leftist -- gay, Hillary fan, friend of Jerry Brown. Oh, and the occasional dead prostitute pops up in home.

On July 27, 2017, 26-year-old Gemmel Moore was found in the bathroom of a West Hollywood, Calif., apartment belonging to Ed Buck, 62. Moore was young, black and poor. Buck was white, wealthy and powerful.

That's all we know.

Moore's family is searching for answers. Buck has not spoken publicly about the incident. Police have not charged anyone with a crime, even though multiple reports have surfaced that Buck had a predilection for young, black men. Even after a number of young, black male sex workers have stepped forward with photographic evidence that Buck was one of their clients. Even after each one of those men separately told the same story: Not only did Buck have a fetish for black men, but he was known in West Hollywood's gay community as someone paying top dollar for the company of 20-something black escorts ... But only after injecting them with drugs.

Turns out many "escorts" tried to warn police of Buck's dangerous fetishes, only to be ignored. There's plenty of evidence at hand yet still no arrests have been made. And we've hardly heard a peep from mainstream media. Who supposedly care so deeply about "people of color." LGBTQ. The victim ticks off two intersectional boxes, yet media seems to be protecting the while male in power.

There's an uncharacteristic silence among the regularly squawkish left. Mayhaps because this chap is a big money pot for them. He gave the max amount - thousands of dollars - to Hillary Clinton's campaign and through the years has donated more than $250 million to Democratic candidates.

Turns out millions of dollars in donations buys a little silence. Yeah? Even if a gay, black prostitute dies in your apartment after a particularly vigorous game of phallic sword play.
