We're at a point in the Democrat shut down where some federal employees aren't getting paid. So the sob stories you are about to see on cable news are because of Democrats refusing to fund a border wall. Which is amazing because prior to Trump becoming president, Democrats all sounded differently about the very same border wall (see 2009 Chuck Schumer: Illegal immigration is wrong, plain and simple [VIDEO] and Nancy Pelosi in 2014: Don’t Politicize Child Detention Centers). Something Lindsey Graham blasted them for.

Everyone says they support building the wall. Until someone comes along who is serious about building a wall.

Welcome to politics, everyone. Politicians run on an issue hoping you elect them to solve that issue. Then they have a myriad of excuses as to why it can't get done, and need you to keep electing them to ensure it gets done. Then when someone tries to get it done (albeit when he no longer has GOP control of both the House and the Senate), suddenly the same issue those Democrats ran on is different.

It's a giant game being played on our dime, on our security, on our well-being. Enough.

Get it done. Build the damn wall.
