Press Interviews Las Vegas Shooting Victim About Trump's Character. They're Dumbfounded...
The media seems surprised to find out that Donald Trump was nice and comforting to Las Vegas shooting victims. And not, in fact, the Devil. Or his writhing spawn.
Yes, this is where we are now.

Victim: Yeah, he was asking like who played and what...like, he knew a lot of people said it sounded like fireworks, which a lot of people did. And he asked what I did and where I went.Douchey Reporter: Did he offer you words of comfort? You said he was amazing, why was that?
Victim: Yeah, he was like super nice; he wasn't who we see on social media. He was much more comforting.
Don't get me wrong, part of this perception is Trump's fault because of what he puts out there. I can never figure out how someone so media obsessed and concerned about everyone else's optics has next to no concern for his own. But that's a column for a different time. Even some of his most ardent supporters will admit a little less whining about fake news and a little more sharing stories about people who are struggling because of Obamacare, would go a long way. Oh well.
But you know as well as I do these reporters were hoping the victim was going to say that Trump offended her, or that she threw her crochet vagina hat at him and screamed "RESISTANCE!!!!!"
