Actor Kit Harington: 'Actually, Men Experience Sexism Too...' Feminists RAGE
Leftists sure are territorial when it comes to their special, special words. Ever notice how they insist racism only applies when it's convenient for them? (IRONY ALERT: Australian Sued for 'Racist' FB Post... That Complained About ACTUAL Racism) Same goes for sexism. When Game of Thrones star Kit Harington recently complained about experiencing sexism, leftists lost their crap. Here are the "offensive" statements Harrington made. See if you can spot what was "triggering":
"I like to think of myself as more than a head of hair or a set of looks. It's demeaning. There's a sexism that happens towards men. There's definitely a sexism in our industry that happens towards women, and there is towards men as well... At some points during photoshoots when I'm asked to strip down, I felt that."
Wait a second, is a man saying he feels objectified when he's asked to become nehked? Sure sounds like it. Now if a woman had uttered those exact words, how do you think the media and its leftist flying monkeys (SJW trolls) would have reacted? Well, the left always rushes to defend "victims" claims regarding sexism and other injustices. So you'd think they could empathize with Kit, right?
Yeah, no. You know nothing Kit Harrington. (Come on, you were expecting that shoe to drop.)
Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) lives up to his brand identity, confuses shallowness of visual culture for anti-men sexism https://t.co/f8bGSoTf2F— Ahmer Naqvi (@Ahmer Naqvi) 1464603826.0
The verdict? He should just suck it up and get over it. Only women get to talk about sexism. Because feminism. Because breasts. Because men are always the guilty party here, not women. MEN ARE ALWAYS GUILTY, KIT, YOU SEXIST PIG!
Let's be blunt here. Is Harrington complaining about rampant sexism? Not really. Objectification? Clearly. Objectification happens to everyone. That's the point Harrington was trying to make before being drowned out by the collective shriek of feminist harpies.
Feminists take issue with men also being objectified - because it means women don't get to be special victims anymore. Hey, feminism did this to itself. Feminism spurred on women's "sexual liberation." You know, the movement where women got tired of men being hyper-sexual pigs... so they decided they were going to be hyper-sexual pigs too, then parading around nehked for equality (read NEW FEMINIST CAUSE: Going Topless on #GoTopless Day. Don't Stare, You Sexist!!!). Something like that. Now women feel entitled to having eye candy. And being creepy about it. So, in a way, they became the very thing claim they hate. Irony much?
When somebody points out the double-standard hypocrisy? The poor schmuck gets hit with the angry wrath of hundreds of big, fat feminist hypocrites.
Speaking of big, fat feminist hypocrites, watch them get triggered by facts...
