Yes! Kid Rock Takes Important Step in Running for Michigan Senate
Whether or not Kid Rock is actually running for Michigan Senate or not, he's at least having fun pretending (see Video: Kid Rock Gives His First Fiery ‘Campaign Speech’ in Detroit and Gauntlet Thrown: Kid Rock Blasts Lies from Extreme Left and Al Sharpton). It's all rather convincing, but whether or not he really wants to travel down that lonely road of faith en route to Washington DC, I still have my doubts. Though taking this step might mean he's more serious that people think.
He's registering people to vote at his shows.
If you’re in Detroit, stop by one of the registration tables at Little Caesars Arena. https://t.co/nwOnr1xAxk— Kid Rock (@Kid Rock) 1505660949.0
Kid Rock is registering voters at his concerts. People of all political views should register to vote and make their voices heard!— Kid Rock (@Kid Rock) 1505660935.0
This is a stellar idea. I forget where I read this, so if this was your idea please let me know. But I read somewhere on one of the social media platforms, someone suggested that all Kid Rock need to do is play a concert in each of Michigan's 83 counties and just register voters all summer long. He'd have an army of new voters.
More importantly, it's always the leftists celebrities you hear about doing voter drives. Could Kid Rock start a trend where more conservative artists start to do the same?
Regardless of whether or not Michigan gets Kid Rock as a Senator, it's pretty darn great that he's influencing people to become politically active. We've had enough leftist celebrity trolls forcing their social justice onto the general public (see WATCH: Dumbass Celebrity Has-Beens DEMAND Electoral College Blocks Trump). This is a nice change of pace.
Roll on, Kid Rock.
