Kesha's Producer Fights Back. Accuses her of 'Trial By Twitter'

Brodigan
February 23, 2016

Kesha's producer Dr. Luke is starting to push back against her completely unsubstantiated allegations, claiming the pop star and her supporters are conducting 'trial by Twitter' without knowing any facts (Editor's Note: I AM AN ORACLE!! I used that exact term in this article when writing about it.)

Pop star Kesha's former music producer on Monday said allegations that he had raped the singer were lies, and hit back at a "trial by Twitter" backed by some of music's biggest names over Kesha's bid to extricate herself from a recording contract.

Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, posted a series of tweets saying that people supporting Kesha's claims of sexual assault against him were "getting behind an allegation only - motivated by money."

The only truly objective person who knows the facts is the judge. The judge did not rule in Kesha's favor on Friday

But lives can get ruined when there’s a rush to judgment before all the facts come out. Look what happened at UVA, Duke etc.

Imagine if you or somebody you loved was publicly accused of a rape you knew they didn't do. Imagine that.

First things first: rapists are the lowest form of life. Rape is a crime that should be punished cruelly and unusually, possibly by sentencing the rapist to be raped himself, and then made to walk around general population with a sign around his neck that says 'I'm a convicted rapist.'

The key word there is CONVICTED.

It's getting way too easy to do away with due process and instead have sensitive cases "tried" in a court of social media. Ask the students from University of Virginia about that. Remember? A verifiably false rape allegation was circulated across the country as true, regardless of the complete lack of evidence. Or how about the infamous "Mattress Girl" at Columbia, who paraded herself across campus with a mattress on her back in homage to the unimaginable rape she suffered. The media ran with that one too. Not only was there no evidence to substantiate, but there was plenty of evidence to prove that she in fact, was not raped (read "Man Falsely Accused by 'Mattress Girl' Fights Back" here).  What about Lena Dunham who falsely accused someone of rape with no substantiation to her claims at all, simply using the tall tale to sell more books at the convenient time of Hillary Clinton announcing her candidacy?

To the pro-feminist, SJW leftist media, none of those facts were to get in the way of a good story. Did any of these men receive formal apologies? Were there reputations redeemed? Of course not, they'll be labeled "rapists" for the rest of their lives, regardless of the fact that they never even committed the crime.

People on social media can't even be bothered to question if a politician in a video is selectively edited... knowing how many times a politician in a video winds up being selectively edited. So why in the hell should we trust them over a judge or jury when it comes to cases like "rape"?!

Ooooh that's right. Feminists don't believe in due process. They just want you to believe in "rape culture." Which is a myth, that I expose in the video below.
