It hasn't been a good week for Democrats trying to convince other Democrats they have functioning brains. The team viewing the midterm elections like a slaughterhouse held a retreat to discuss ways they could suck less. What they got was Joe Biden lashing out at the American people for believing the buck stops with him. Nancy Pelosi either doesn't understand how math works or thinks you're too dumb to understand. And Kamala Harris seemingly doesn't understand the current global conflict.

I say "seemingly" even though if a Republican ripped such brainfart, it would be all the media discussed for seventy-two hours. But Kamala is a Democrat. So ... you know.

Harris Seems To Confuse Whether Ukraine Is In NATO, Ukraine Is Not A Member Of NATOyoutu.be

"So I will say what I know we all say, and I will say over and over again: The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO Alliance."

On the surface, it sounds like Kamala Harris, who is our Vice President and who was just in Poland to discuss the war, thinks that Ukraine is part of NATO. Which, they are of course not. As the idea of Ukraine joining NATO is what got Putin's panties lodged up his rectum. It only appears Harris doesn't know what's going on. Here's what the White House says she said. When the "independent" "fact" checkers circle the wagons, this is the source they'll use:

"So I will say what I know we all say, and I will say over and over again: The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people [and] in defense of the NATO Alliance."

See? Kamala Harris meant to say the word "and." That would imply she does in fact know that the war and our NATO alliance are two separate things. Our NATO Alliance has nothing to do with the war since Ukraine isn't a member. It's unclear why Harris felt it necessary to include our NATO Alliance. But rest assured, our Vice-President does in fact know Ukraine is not part of NATO. The White House says so.

To say otherwise would be misinformation. Probably racist and sexist too.
