Jimmy Kimmel Leads Late Night Comedy's Gun Control Push
Truth be told, all of late night was terrible. You already knew that, which is why you're here. We just give Jimmy Kimmel credit for leading late night comedy's gun control push because he's the one who most likely got his talking points straight from Chuck Schumer.
He sung all the greatest hits:
"Second Amendment, I guess our forefathers wanted us to have AK-47s is the argument, I assume."
"What I’m talking about tonight isn’t about gun control, it’s about common sense."
And let's not forget the "Freebird" of leftist talking points.
“The NRA has the GOP's balls in a money clip. They should be praying for God to forgive them for letting the gun lobby run this country.”
Long story short:
Let's have a NATIONAL CONVERSATION about doing the thing you ALWAYS WANTED TO DO. Or just ignore your posturing stupidity, either way.— Ben Domenech (@Ben Domenech) 1507008248.0
"Do something" isn't a policy. And if your definition of "something" is total gun confiscation, it's neither realistic nor desirable.— Ben Shapiro (@Ben Shapiro) 1507006617.0
As the boss said, "Last night, before facts were in, all late night hosts pushed for gun control. We expressed condolences, and moved on with comedy."
Leftists hate gun rights. They hate independence. So they exploit any national catastrophe to push their gun-grabbing agenda which is based purely on hyperbole, misinformation, and guilt tripping emotional pleas. They think a few tears and "Isn't this sad, we should all stop it by you giving up your rights" is their best tactic. Don't fall for it.
