Over the weekend, Trump announced a terrorist was dispatched to greet his 72 virgins. Or maybe that's "Virginians." Name that comedian. In Trump's announcement of the terrorist's spectacular demise, he called the terrorist a coward who "died like a dog." Not pleased with this insult, actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who tweeted this before deleting the tweet after being ratioed into the next century. Screen capture because the internet is forever. Incidentally, the terrorist in question blew himself up along with three children. That's pretty cowardly. So I take issue with people who seem more outraged that Trump insulted a coward (in any way) over the acts of said terrorist. Like for example, suicide bombing himself and three children.

As to the dog slight that Jamie doesn't like, Trump frequently cites the "like a dog" insult, but it's doubly fitting for an Islamist. As Muslims don't like dogs. Muslims find dogs to be dirty, lowly creatures. Meaning Trump's oft-cited insult is actually biting here. See what I did there? Trump's "like a dog" jab falls into the "even a broken clock is right twice a day" category, Jamie my dear.

I'm a big dog fan myself. I have three and if I had more space, I might have four. Five. Who knows. Trump was simply insulting a man who deserved not only to be insulted but to be killed. I guess I'm struggling to understand how Jamie decided to find more offense on behalf of canines than victims of terrorism. The great thing about dogs is they really don't care if a terrorist is compared to them. They're too busy chasing balls, their tails, or making humans happy to give any shits they may eat later about Trump's comments.
