Illegal Alien Murders Family of 5 with a Hammer
Stop. Hammer time. Not the song, the projectile-swinging, head-splattering hammer used by the following fellow. To kill a family. But wait, it's worse. Because our Thor-wannabe is an illegal immigrant. Which means his act of violence in the United States could have been prevented, but people don't want to talk of such things.
Can't touch this.
Our system is as broken as Hillary after she lost her second bid for president. Shattered, like a hammer on glass.
An illegal immigrant from Vietnam faces life in prison after being convicted Monday in the 2012 hammer-killing of a family of five after losing money at a casino earlier in the evening.
I get it, losing a lot of money is depressing. But one shouldn't engage in violence simply because one pissed away cash on black 15.
“This was a very gruesome, brutal murder, and we’re pleased we’re getting some accountability for the family and for the community,” District Attorney George Gascón told The San Francisco Chronicle.Despite no eyewitness accounts of Luc’s involvement, investigators said one of the family member’s blood was found spattered on Luc’s jeans.
Flesh wound.
Luc spent a decade in prison for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon for the 1996 armed robbery of a Chinese restaurant. He was ordered to be deported from the U.S. to his native Vietnam after his release, but the Vietnamese government did not provide the proper documents.U.S. federal immigration authorities released Luc into the community in 2006.
Nice job, government. Give thyself a pat on the back and a bottle of champagne courtesy of taxpayers. We'll wait. In the meantime, let just reiterate what we've always said. The immigration system has holes like Swiss cheese. Many orifices in current policies allow individuals of the hammer-waving variety over the border to decorate their jeans with blood spatter. Blood-Spatted Chic coming soon to Nordstrom's.
Let's also note Luc was supposed to be tossed out of the United States. But his country of origin didn't "provide the proper documents." So what, that means he got to stay in the US of A? Vietnam doesn't file the correct TPS memo, and a family of 5 got hammered to death some eleven years later?
Something seems wrong here, no?
