We know that Hunter Biden is the "smartest person" Joe knows. This is not surprising due to the lack of evidence to suggest that Sleepy Joe is the least bit bright. But those statements might only become facts when you compare them to Joe's relative intelligence. However, what is factual is that Joe Biden suffers from hyperbolic pride when it comes to his son.

We have known for quite some time now about Hunter's shady history even though Joe has assured us his son "has done nothing wrong.” It is hard to wrap your head around the reason why Hunter has not even had so much as a slap on the wrist when anyone else accused of these things would not be walking free.

But hey, at least Joe had "nothing to do with it."

We know that Biden often struggles to finish sentences. We can also name a million claims and lies Sleepy Joe has made that have not aged well. But there is one sentence he seems to say over, and over, and over again.

As the Leader of the Free World would say: "PAY YOUR FAIR SHARE!"

I can't tell you how many times Biden has told the "Rich" to pay their "fair share" in taxes. At this point, it feels like he says it every day. Well, those statements don't seem to have aged too well after Hunter's latest indictments.

In case you need some background knowledge, this is per the Federalist:

"Financial documents included in the 56-page indictment show Hunter had plenty of money to spend but chose to waste millions on an “extravagant lifestyle” instead of paying his “fair share in taxes,” making alimony payments to his ex-wife, or sending money to his fourth child Navy Joan Roberts.

Weiss’ charging document specifically states that Hunter “continually stonewalled the production of financial records” to both his ex-wife and his baby mama in an attempt to avoid paying them."

As Sleepy Joe would claim, "The hypocrisy is stunning."

It still is not clear what "paying your fair share" even means. But I am pretty sure that it does not include tax evasion.

"Defendant spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short," according to the indictment.

Basically, as the complaint states, he spent his money on "everything but his taxes."

These recent accusations against Hunter add further humiliation and insult to injury for his father's campaign as he gears up to face his predecessor.

Right now, Biden has remained silent on these new charges as he proves he does not have much to say while he dodges questions from reporters.

But I guess we shouldn't expect him to do two things at once. He obviously can't shuffle and engage with reporters at the same time. But I think we all know what Biden would say right now: "I am going to bed."

And I am sure he is.
