Joe Biden has signaled that gun control is next on his agenda. Whether it's done legislatively or by executive order, he doesn't care. He's coming for your guns next. Thankfully (kind of), he telegraphed his shot and then got distracted by infrastructure. States have the opportunity to pre-emptively push back. In Arizona, Gov. Doug Ducey just signed a law that states that if the federal government tries to pass unconstitutional anti-gun restrictions, Arizona will not comply.

The state of Arizona and its political subdivisions are prohibited from utilizing any financial resources or state personnel to administer, cooperate with or enforce any law, act, order, rule, treaty or regulation of the federal government that is inconsistent with any law of this state regarding the regulation of firearms.

In a nutshell: Arizona. Will. Not. Comply.

It's going to grow more crucial for states to sack up and pass laws like this. Same with Iowa's new gun laws. Same with Arkansas protecting girls' sports. Same with the 21 states suing over the Keystone Pipeline. The people who run Biden have made their leftist agenda clear. They are going to dictate from Washington, D.C., how the rest of us live our lives. While New York and California tend to agree, a lot of the states in the middle don't. Those states need to stand up for their residents, their freedom, and quite frankly, their rights as states to know what's best for their state better than a Biden administration that has made it clear they don't care.

It needs to start with states where Republicans are in total control. Then the states where they are in mostly control. We'll worry about the varying shades of purple after that.
