Remember how just a few days ago Colin Kaepernick made news by refusing to stand for the national anthem? Yeah, he's still a turd patty. But he's a turd patty whose rights to self expression are protected by the First Amendment. That doesn't mean that people can't use their First Amendment rights to give him a verbal spanking though. And that's exactly what this Gold Star mom did...

Boy, the lady knows how to make a point and make it sting. I feel burned from here, and I'm not even Colin. A few highlights...

There are brave men and women all around that stand between evil and you. Men and women willing to die to protect you because they believe in the ideals this country was founded on. Men and women of all races and all religions. Ask them, sir, about pride in the American Flag. Ask them how their heart feels when they hear the National Anthem being sung.

Shame on you for your disrespect.

As mentioned before, Kaepernick exercised his rights. Yay, freedom! That's not the problem here. The problem? He's a bag of douche. Seems like some people take issue with that. Probably because they don't tune into 49ers games to watch Kaep throw politically charged tantrums concerning fake racism and misleading facts. Especially while people fight for his right to do so. No, the NFL pays him millions of dollars to pass a football on TV, and sometimes the pass even gets completed. Sometimes.

The point is, he's an athlete for entertainment purposes. As a result... people don't find his trifling bitterness entertaining. See, Kaep simply revealed himself as a tiny, insignificant cog in the anti-American BLM machine (BlackLivesMatter Stomp, Spit on Flag for 'Black Power').

So Kaepernick complains about racism and oppression... While he simultaneously makes a 19 million dollar salary and receives love from fans all over the nation. Yes, even despite his crappiness. Meanwhile, people who have experienced actual sacrifice for his freedoms? You know, like this mother? Not impressed.

Can't say I blame them. After all, Black Lives Matter and being right don't seem to go together...
