While the left is suddenly concerned with “freedom of expression” over KneeGatePaloozaGhazi, the right is quick to remind them, “Yeah, no you’re not.” It’s only freedom of expression if they agree with the expression. Otherwise, you have the freedom to be shamed anytime you are seen in public. Like this Netflix executive, shaming fired Google Engineer James Damore (see James Damore: Openly Shaming Men Totally Fine in Google Meetings and Google Fires Employee Who Penned Diversity Critical Memo) for, um…

He dug a deeper hole before moving on:
Deleted my tweet after being dragged-posting a surreptitious photo of an asshole that harassed us, even if he’s a terrible person, is wrong.

So it’s your fault for shaming Temkin.
Don’t worry, Dave. It’s archived. https://t.co/7YnFn8RwJO

Twitter users were quick to ask Netflix for a response:
Hi, @netflix, you are cool with VPs taking creeper pics of random people at parties in order to shame them on twitter?

Now, so we’re clear, there’s no expectation of privacy when you are out in public like that, especially when you’re getting freaky. Anyone who has wound up on Barstool Sports’ “5th Year” Instagram feed can tell you that. Also, Barstool sports’ @5thYear Instagram feed is hilarious.
So we’re not outraged. Don’t you get outraged. This is about exposing the hypocrisy of the left.
Dollars to donuts Dave Temkin has been carrying on about how our freedom of expression is the most important right we have as ‘Mericans. That one can “freely express themselves without fear of reprisal” or something. Yet he sees someone in public who publicly expressed an opposing viewpoint from his own, and it’s viewed as grounds to embarrass the person on social media. So much for “fear of reprisal.” It’s self-expression-ception.
The left is not the caring Care Bears they want us to believe they are. They’re cruel, hypocritical meanie pants.
Imagine if Damore or the gal he was with was taking a knee at the time.
