Surprise! Half of Arrested Protesters in Portland? Didn't Even Vote...

Team Crowder
November 15, 2016

We're in the midst of  a week-long tantrum from a bunch of progressive poopypants. That's got to be some kind of record. The first real trophy they've ever earned. That is if you consider the week long tear apart of cities as "accomplishments." Bearing in mind these same cities voted for Hillary. Details. Here's another curveball for you. Many of the protestors in Portland...never bothered to vote.

Portland, Ore.—More than half of the anti-Trump protesters arrested in Portland didn’t vote, according to state election records.

At least seventy demonstrators either didn’t turn in a ballot or weren’t registered to vote.

KGW compiled a list of the 112 people arrested by the Portland Police Bureau during recent protests. Those names and ages, provided by police, were then compared to state voter logs by Multnomah County Elections officials.

Records show 35 of the protesters arrested didn’t return a ballot for the November 8 election. Thirty-five of the demonstrators taken into custody weren’t registered to vote.

These leftists are protesting an election they never participated in. That's like collecting government benefits without paying any taxes. Oh, wait! I forgot. They're the same people.

Getting off mom's couch and heading down to their polling place? That takes effort, yes. Until you learn that the entire state of Oregon? They have their ballots mailed to them. Which they can mail back. No need to change out of the sweatpants even. People of Portland have no excuse not to vote. But now they want to whine because the election didn't go their way (despite not even VOTING their way). Because injustice. This is the same crowd that blindly brands Trump a racist and a homophobe using nothing but MSNBC talking points. Verifying such accusations? Nah. Too much work. One must store up energy with which to break and hurl things. #Priorities

Most of these protestors don't know why they're protesting. Some were likely paid to protest. They see this whole election thing as an excuse to bust up people's property and make a butt of themselves. Not that they needed a special day to mark such an occasion. They're even beating innocent people. Progressives in the media won't do anything about the protesters. Heck, the media is excusing them (read Love Trumps Hate? Democrat Strategist Openly Mocks Beaten Trump Supporter). Typical leftists. Gladly taking that which isn't theirs. Never putting in.
