The socialists on the left are all about handing out cash. Hell, even the Democrats who haven’t come out as socialists love tossing wads of cash in the air. One of the most popular ways socialists are trying to redistribute wealth happens to be through the cancelation of student debt.

Bernie Sanders is an OG communist proposing this stupidity, but AOC, Rashida Tlaib, and Ilhan Omar have been stumping for this idiotic idea for a while, too. To show just how ridiculous this position is, here’s Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren dodging a pretty easy question about it.

Warren doesn’t even try to answer the question, and she doesn’t even couch her avoidance in something that could be construed as an answer. She simply refuses to approach it at all.

But this is a salient point. Why exactly should a bunch of slackers who decided to go get doctorates in Postmodern Antiracist Dance and other useless degrees receive a pass on paying back their loans while those who received worthwhile educations in STEM and other useful, career-building degrees and paid off their loans receive no such aid?

The left has no real answer. They just shrug their shoulders. Or in the case of Elizabeth Warren, they ignore the topic altogether.

My position is far more coherent: F*ck ‘em. If you took out loans, you should be expected to pay back those loans. If you’re saddled with them for decades because you decided to drop $100,000 on a PhD in Comparative Literature with a focus on lesbian folklore among the native tribes of New Guinea, well, that’s your own fault. Have fun working at Burger King to pay those loans off, and I will have fries with that. Thank you.

The same people who believe toddlers are old enough to determine their genders and undergo “gender-affirming” surgeries are also arguing 17- and 18-year-olds didn’t understand the concept of a loan when they took out the debt. But they’ll also argue for 16-year-olds to vote. It makes no sense. But that’s just the left. It never makes sense.

Grow up, kiddos. Pay your bills and stop making stupid choices because as much as you’d like intellectual midgets like Warren to come to the rescue, you’re sh*t out of luck, children.
