Disney CEO BLASTS Bernie Sanders For Idiotic Job Creation Comments...

Team Crowder
May 26, 2016

It's been a rough week for Disney. Well, I wouldn't say a rough week because they are still rolling around in money ala Scrooge McDuck. But leftists seems to be all about using Disney for dumb, unintelligent analogies. Most recently? Bernie Sanders giving a speech in Anaheim.

"Anybody here work for Disney? Anybody here making a living wage from Disney? Here in Anaheim, and the surrounding area, Disney pays its workers wages that are so low that many of them are forced to live in motels, because they can’t afford a decent place to live."

Democrat attacks big business = rain being wet. Plus, our good friend Brandon Morse has the stats and figures to debunk what Bernie said. Right, Bernie Sanders dumb on math? Another duh. But bears repeating.

But buckle up space cowboys, here's where this story gets fun. Typically a CEO of a company will just layover and take it. To avoid the leftist mob, to avoid bad press, or just to avoid. But this time was a little bit different. Because Bob Iger of Disney shoved Bernie Sanders off the Matterhorn.

The CEO of Disney...

"To Bernie Sanders: We created 11,000 new jobs at Disneyland in the past decade, and our company has created 18,000 in the U.S. in the last five years. How many jobs have you created? What have you contributed to the U.S. economy?"

Who'd a thought the President of Mouse House would be the one with the cajones to tell Bernie Sanders to eat over-priced apple fritters and puke on the spinning teacups?

Look, we know Disney, as a company, isn't exactly right wing. In fact they're pretty far gone down the leftist rabbit hole. Yes, Walt Disney is rolling in his grave. WE KNOW! But we must give credit where credit is due. Iger is right here. Disney is a business. It's in the business of making money. A crap ton of it. They're not responsible to leftist loony tunes like Sanders, who didn't earn a paycheck until he was forty, who demand companies pay employees an arbitrary amount of money. For any reason whatsoever.

Again, we are in no way claiming Disney is anything other than a liberal company. A liberal company which is taking major advantage of H1B1 visas, by the way. So if Sanders wants to help American workers, maybe address that? You know, addressing immigration issues as how it to relates to American workers you claim so much to care about, Bernie?

But we here at LwC are big fans of CEOs pushing back on Bernie Sanders. In fact we love it when just about anyone pushes back against turdnuggets like Sanders.

Speaking of Bernie Sanders and how mathematically challenged he is...
