The political football of the week has been "But these illegal immigrant kids." With little logic, reason, or historical understanding playing any role in most people's overly-hysterical reactions. Following suit with the panicking for public relation's sake, were United Airlines, American Airlines and Frontier Airlines. Who all virtue signaled to the world how much they care about you seeing them as caring. They decided not to fly illegal immigrant children back home. Because why not capitalize on the stupid while the stupid is red hot?

Quick to offer response was DHS:

The knee-jerk reactions to this "scandal" have been so maddening, I chewed through my lip down to my chin. There's been nothing but mass emotional hurricanes over an issue which has been going on for years. Before Trump. Before Obama, even. Yet all of a sudden, as if through a coordinated attack, the Democrats "decided" to care about the children of illegal immigrants being with their mothers and fathers. How nice Democrats suddenly care about children having mothers and fathers. Despite many of these unaccompanied minors being with human traffickers. Who are not their mother or their father so much as their pimp daddies. Despite the United States having zero responsibility as in loco parentis to children who aren't even American.

Yet there the Democrats went, with plenty of media lackeys on both the left and the right, throwing in their "SEE, I CARE TOO!" bullsh!t so as to acquire virtue signaling points, which they'll keep handy for the midterms. I see you butt-kissing opportunists. You've not earned my respect, just my disgust.

I didn't think I'd have to side with DHS on this one. But it was about time someone called out the whiners for what they're really doing, and whom they're actually harming in this public relations fiasco: legal Americans.
