Folks, pigs are officially winged and airborne. The New York Times ran a piece on thee Ben Shapiro. It was surprisingly unbiased. I’ll bet you never expected to read that. Needless to say, it’s a welcome change. But not for Debra Messing.
The actress and ultimate gay guy BFF ditched the Times altogether for this “transgression.”
Debra Messing is done with The New York Times following a piece the paper published Thursday about conservative commentator Ben Shapiro.
“And why I cancelled my subscription to @nytimes,” the 49-year-old actress tweeted Friday in response to an article titled, “Ben Shapiro, a Provocative ‘Gladiator,’ Battles to Win Young Conservatives.”
The tweet came in response to a post by Eric Boehlert of the liberal site ShareBlue, who claimed that the article was why President Donald Trump was president. Boehlert also slammed the Times for writing a “puff piece” about the editor-in-chief of The Daily Wire.
That’s a pretty severe reaction to a simple story. Can you say triggered?
Leftists love to grandstand about integrity in the media. But, when a newspaper actually does their job and reports on a conservative fairly, they freak. You’d think Whole Foods went out of business. No more free vegan bacon samples. So sad.
The New York Times is hardly a bastion of conservatism. They’ve even gone on the attack against Ben before. To Deb and her leftist butt-buddies, the Times is now a Russian-run Trump propaganda machine. Everyone in the bullpen is clad in Adidas tracksuits and MAGA hats. The smell of vodka and borscht permeates the air.
Not verbally skinning a conservative alive counts as a “puff piece.” Which goes to show leftists don’t care about truth. They’re only out to hear what they want to hear.
