Understatement of the year. Leftists are desperate to tell the Donald he's fired. From the moment he slew the pantsuited she-beast, disgruntled progressives have been plotting his demise. With zero cause, other than Trump is a big meanypants. But, there is the occasional sane voice on the left. Like Senator Chris Murphy, a Democrat who sees no reason for impeachment.

Democratic Senator Chris Murphy asserted Monday that Trump cannot be impeached for fulfilling his campaign promises.

“I don’t see President Trump acting any differently as president than he did during the campaign,” Murphy said. “His speeches as a president for these rallies are just as bizarre as they were as a candidate, so I haven’t really seen any change in behavior.”

Murphy contended that while he finds Trump’s behavior to be “bizarre,” Trump can’t be removed just because people don’t like that behavior.

“He did win the electoral college despite this bizarre behavior as a candidate, so you can’t impeach somebody for doing what they said they were going to do as a candidate,” Murphy argued. “Whether we like it or not, he is fulfilling all of the very reckless promises…he made during the campaign.”

So, you can dislike a democratically-elected President's policies and NOT want to exploit the system to oust him? What a nifty idea!

At least this guy gets it. Leftists are still squealing "IMPEACH HIM". But, disliking the Trump is not grounds for tossing him out of the Oval Office on his rear end.

Having zero reasons for nixing Trump hasn't stopped lefties from calling for his ouster. They've already filed impeachment articles on more than one occasion. A couple radical lefty asshats even called for Trump's assassination (read JUSTICE: Professor Who Openly Called for Trump’s Death Gets Fired… and Charlie Sheen Uses Debbie Reynold’s Passing to Wish Death on Trump). "Because he's a racist, homophobic Nazi man!" But, we're still yet to see a single shred of proof.

Leftists hate Trump's policies with a passion. But, they haven't put forward a single superior policy. Only typical leftist hogwash that doesn't work and costs a fortune. They've devised every plan to overthrow Trump. Except for beating him outright.

This sore-loserdom has gone on for nearly a year now. You've got to give leftists a little credit. They're persistent. The left still wonders why they're losing seats, left and right. Their incessant whining has a lot to do with it. Maybe channel those sour grapes into proposing an alternative to Trump's policies. Instead of whining over an election you lost a year ago.
