In Canada, an immigrant from a mostly Baptist country, assaulted his wife’s boss. Why? His wife’s coworker said hello to her while shopping at the mall. Maybe to share a Cinnabon, or maybe to share a platitude. Regardless, the turd of a boss deserved to be scratched, beat and spit on for allowing such a grievance to occur.
Crown prosecutor Bethan Franklyn told court that Moradi and his wife had been at a city mall in late October 2015 when one of her co-workers came up to say hello.
Moradi asked the man how he knew his wife, then told him not to talk to her, said Franklyn.
Remember how I said Moradi came from a mostly Baptist country? I lied. Mr. Moradi hails from Iran. But he’s not a “fresh off the boat” Iranian immigrant–in which case it might be semi-understandable why he beat a dude for allowing a “strange” man to talk to his wife. No, no, Moradi has lived in Canada for 15 years.
On Nov. 6, Moradi went with his wife to the downtown office where she worked and asked to speak to human resources about the mall incident, said Franklyn.
The mall “incident.” Whenever someone comes up to me in public, I’ll henceforth refer to the matter as “an incident.” Then I’ll visit the daring individual’s place of work. Where I can speak with the boss of the offending turdmongrel. Maybe hammer fist him in the schnoze.
Here’s what happened next:
Court heard he eventually spoke to Ross Undershute, the CEO of the health consulting organization, and stated “No men are allowed to speak to his wife and she can’t speak to any men.”
After Undershute explained that would not be possible, Moradi became irate and refused to leave after being asked to do so.
He tried to kick Undershute, and “clawed and scratched” his face before spitting at his face, said Franklyn. He also unsuccessfully tried to kick, knee, slap and bite Undershute.
Moradi has lived in Canada for ten plus five years. Yet Moradi’s lawyers sold his crappy behavior as a “cultural difference.” Such is the nature of Islam.
Take your own journey down memory lane. Don’t trip on the garden hose. What were you doing 15 years ago? I was a junior in high school, operating under the illusion “hopes and dreams” were more than a conversation starter. LOL.
Cultural differences? How about Islam?
Point is, 15 years? A lot changes. You grow, shift, evolve. But Moradi? He didn’t. He held fast to his Muslim traditions. Assimilation? Not so much. Methinks he doesn’t frequent his local Tim Hortons. Nope, he keeps his wife as a second class citizen, not to be trusted with other men. Even coworkers. Or bosses.
Canada slapped him on the wrist with community service and anger management attendance. Because it was a “cultural difference.”
Think about the significance of the tiny punishment for a second. Canadian courts recognized the crapfest that is Islam. Sure, the judge mentioned how demented Moradi’s behavior is, how unacceptable it is. Yet they slapped him with an anger management class and probation.
Islam is an abusive religion and culture (not a race). Even after living in Canada for 15 years, this man felt justified in beating up another man for allowing a “strange” man to approach his wife in a mall. In Canada.
