Charges Dismissed For Canadian Pizzeria Owner Who Served Unvaxxed Customers During Lockdowns
Anyone with half a brain knew that widespread lockdowns were going to produce profound economic calamity. But obviously, that was not much of a concern for power-hungry tyrants in power, especially in Canada.
The dumbest thing about vaccine mandates was that not only did the vaccine not prevent transmission, but that was not even what it was created to do. Anyone and everyone who got the vaccine was still able to pass on the invisible sniffles as if they never got the Fauci Ouchie.
In fact, some may even argue that they are more likely to spread it due to it being allegedly thaaaat good at preventing symptoms.
This is why vaccine mandates were evil, it was all based on lies. Don’t even get me started on forcing people into getting a biological injection that has no long-term safety studies. That is beside the point right now.
The point is, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” And that couldn't be more clear than after the lockdowns that were essentially egged on by governments all around the world.
All charges against a business owner who was accused of violating lockdown orders in Calgary against serving unvaccinated customers have been dropped.
The charges against Jesse Johnson were dismissed following a constitutional challenge brought by The Democracy Fund (TDF).
The Pizzeria, Without Papers Pizza Was, was forced into insolvency because of the implementation of orders.
Johnson said he intends to pursue a civil lawsuit against the local government.
“It is a bittersweet irony what happened here today,” said Johnson. “My restaurant was shut unadjudicated.”
Johnson was charged in 2021 after his business license was suspended after undercover inspectors bought pizza and stayed in the restaurant without providing proof of vaccination.
“We accept all, may they be vaccinated or unvaccinated, as being equal in their humanity and afforded the same dignity and equity as such,” the pizzeria said.
According to a lawyer involved, not even half an hour was spent waiting for documentation before the charges were dropped.
"The judge dismissed all of the charges against Jesse and Without Papers," said attorney Chad Williamson.
"Kudos to Jesse for standing up to the tyranny of government overreach."
"The biggest issue that remains, and this is the elephant in the room, is that so many have lost their businesses as a result of unconstitutional and unlawful acts by the government in enforcing these disgusting mandates," Williamson continued.
Johnson said that if it weren't for his belief in Christ, he would have been broken by the restrictions.
"The millions who rose up to defend our rights and freedoms in this great great land, we need to pray to Jesus Christ to offer us forgiveness and to give us the light to fight further into the future."
One of the greatest realizations of the lockdowns is that there are people in power that will exploit an “emergency,” to exchange freedom in the name of safety and security. But the greatest lesson many people learned was that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
