A man thought he was able to go on a stroll with his grandchild in Calabasas. He thought wrong. It turns out, you can’t do that when you live in the Golden State.

A 29-year-old man named Angel Sanchez Jr. was subsequently arrested for an unprovoked attack on a 60-year-old grandpa. But clearly, the suspect is anything but an angel.

Per the LASD press release:

“[The suspect] parked his vehicle in the driveway of a nearby residence and approached the victim. As the victim was walking his infant grandchild in a stroller, the suspect struck the victim in the face and fled the location in the pictured vehicle.”

Fortunately, the child is okay.

Police are still investigating a motive but KTLA reported that this may be racially motivated because there was an almost identical attack committed by the suspect the day before and both victims were Asian.

The other victim was a juvenile.

According to Fox 11, the boy was en route to the gym when he fell victim to the random assault. Fortunately, he was able to defend himself and get away from the man who we know is not so Angelic.

"He was walking up the street on Los Virgenes, the guy jumped out from the side, grabbed him, slammed him, and started punching him all in his face and his body," his boxing coach said, according to Fox 11.

It is unclear if the man will be held on bail until his hearing. We do know bail is not too much of a thing in Los Angeles. They got rid of that to solve racism. However, it appears that racism has not yet been solved because some are speculating this attack had something to do with race.

However, since this crime was caught on video for the whole world to see, they might have to act like they care about this one.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon is focusing on pushing radical policies that contribute to a less secure environment. Since he took office, residents have fallen victim to the extreme social experiments he forces upon law-abiding citizens while he de facto fuels lawlessness.

“[Gascon] is working to build a national model of criminal justice reform that [addresses] mass incarceration, racism and social systemic inequities,” his bio states. “On his first day in office, Gascón ended the use of the death penalty as a sentence in Los Angeles County; stopped charging children as adults; eliminated many sentencing enhancements that…. contribute to mass incarceration; and removed cash bail.”

His progressive policies dangerously impact public safety but he doesn't care because he is part of that bandwagon that believes criminals are victims of the system who just need a hug and a warm blanket to make this all get better.

Gascon does not care that a 60-year-old grandfather cannot freely go on a stroll with his granddaughter without fearing they will fall victim to random attacks. But when your policies favor defendants rather than victims, we can expect nothing else but more of the same.

Now you would hope that since so many of these random attacks keep happening, voters would make the connection that the people elected might have something to do with it. But nope. They won’t.

Progressive voters commonly suffer from Stockholm syndrome. They tend to reelect their “abusers” as they often identify with their goals of solving racism and putting an end to the patriarchy. However, it does not seem that there has been much success in that department either as it feels like the patriarchy is only getting bigger and racists are only getting more racist. At least according to their complaints.
