Biden on Texas Shooting HERO: He Should Have Never Had That Gun
My man was on the Today show, where he was asked about the Texas shooting (see A Photographer Captured the Moment the Sutherland Springs Heroes Reunited and Top 5 Boneheaded Celeb Responses to the Sutherland Springs Shooting). Specifically, the "good guy with a gun" part of it. Let's roll tape.
Joe Biden says that the man who stopped the Texas church shooter should not have been armed. https://t.co/pY3hBHPHuX— Ryan Saavedra (@Ryan Saavedra) 1510650724.0
"Well, first of all, the kind of gun being carried he shouldn’t be carrying. Assault weapons are…I wrote the last serious gun control law that was written and was law for 10 years, and it outlawed assault weapons and it outlawed weapons with magazines that had a whole lot of bullets and so you can kill a whole lot of people a lot more quickly."
H/T to Daily Wire for this. Granted rumor has it 10% of all profits on their DW Tumbler goes to support Everytown's anti-gun efforts, and I just started that rumor right here...
But back to Biden. An interesting dynamic is brewing on the left. All the potential presidential candidates are trying to out leftist each other. Here's Biden, opening his mouth wide enough to insert not one, but both of his feet. Plus the audience members' feet. That's an expression, it's not a sexual fetish reference. Someone call Louis CK, let's write a sketch about it to divert attention.
If three years out from the election, you not only can't admit it was a good thing Stephen Willeford had a gun, but you're bragging your law would have prevented Willeford from saving the day? I can't wait to see how everyone else races even further left. Maybe Willeford should've stopped the shooter with a rape whistle. Or a hashtag. #StopTheKilling #LoveNotGuns #HeyDontPointItAtMe #OhCrap #ThisIsntWorking #HelpMe #IveMadeAMistake
