SAY WHAT?! BBC's Katty Kay on Manchester: 'Europe has to get used to this...'
There's going to be a lot of hot takes today over the Manchester Bombing (see Donald Trump is Right, Brands Manchester Arena Terrorists as 'Losers'). I believe the scientific measurement is a "s*** ton" of them. Most of them can be ignored, but this one from the BBC's Katty Kay deserves some attention.
Europe is getting used to attacks like this. We have to, because we are never going to be able to wipe this out. As ISIS gets squeezed in Syria and Iraq, we're going to see more of these attacks.
I don't want to take her words out of context. Everything is happening quickly, it's live TV, sometimes people don't fully think things through before speaking. That said, I'd like to offer a rebuttal...
Civilization should never get used to this. We should seek to eradicate it. It's time to stop appeasing, time to start killing these mother f*ckers without apology. Read Dear World Leaders: Stop Appeasing Islamic Terrorists. Start Killing Them. Now.
End of sentence.
Thanks for playing.
Katty Kay's sentiment is what's most telling. She seems to have gotten used to terrorism in Europe. When it wasn't so much of a thing in Europe ten years ago. What's changed? Yes, that's a totally rhetorical question set up to introduce the obvious: a massive influx of Islamic immigrants, who may have left their homelands, but they brought their political Islam with them. Yes, some of those migrants were fleeing war-torn areas. But some of these migrants were invading western civilization with the hopes of burning it down. Which shouldn't be tolerated or "gotten used to." It should be stopped and reversed. Beginning with some swift deportations.
Unity isn't the answer here. Being open to the truth then ACTION is what's needed.
