WATCH: Anti-Trump Protester Gets Called Out for Hypocrisy by… Piers Morgan?!
Normally, when you think of Piers Morgan, images of Ben Shapiro and other pro-gunners spanking his hind-parts come to mind. Surprisingly though, Piers has been calling out the left more and more lately (see Piers Morgan: Liberal Media DOESN’T CARE About Muslims Attacking Christians and Piers Morgan Wrecks London’s Muslim Mayor Over Not Keeping London Safe).
This time over immigration. Specifically, questioning a protester on where her outrage was during the Obama years.
“I’ll be marching in Westminster alongside thousands of other people who found the policy of forced separation unconscionable, who think the sight of our elected prime minister holding Donald Trump’s hand is an utter embarrassment,” Ash Sarkar said during an interview on ITV's "Good Morning Britain," referring to British Prime Minister Theresa May and Trump's two-day working visit to the U.K.
“I'd go and check out some basic facts about your hero Obama,” Morgan replied, following a tense discussion between the pair over whether it was "a double standard" to protest Trump when more people were deported during the Obama administration than any other modern presidency.
“He’s not my hero, I’m a communist, you idiot," Sarkar shot back.
Even though Obama's brand of leftism might not be extreme enough for Comrade Ash, Piers' point still stands. These immigration policies were in place under Barry. Yet, the far left never took to the streets.
They stayed at home. Sent "crush capitalism" tweets with their iPhones. Raged against their
parents bourgeois overlords for not giving them their allowance consolidating all of the resources for themselves.
The left's selective outrage shows they don't really care about the kiddos. Their only interest is in landing another blow against the "evil, fascist-dictating corporate puppet," Trump. If that means summoning up tears and pretending to care about "the children," then so be it. Pathetic.
