Fear not, poor illegals! No one needs money for college when sucking on the chapped teats of the government produces free tuition.

According to a briefing book, Cuomo’s plan “includes legislation to implement the DREAM Act, opening the doors of higher education to thousands of New Yorkers.”

The briefing explains that illegal immigrants have qualified for in-state tuition at both the State University of New York (SUNY) and the City University of New York (CUNY) since 2002, but claims that each year, “many talented students who graduate from New York high schools remain unable to fulfill their potential simply because they cannot afford the tuition and lack access to tuition assistance to help pay for school.”

What "talented" means, one can only guess. Talented drug dealers? Talented ladies with the pole? Talented MS-13 members able to behead a man with a pocket knife? These are the questions.

“The DREAM Act will give undocumented students access to the new Excelsior Scholarship, the Tuition Assistance Program, as well as other state-administered scholarship,” it states, declaring that “an investment in young immigrants’ futures is an investment in New York’s future."

Fun fact: anyone in New York with a family income under $110,000 can go to the two listed university free of charge. "Free" meaning at the expense of everyone with an income above $110,000. Nay, at the expense of every American, taxpaying New Yorker.

Governor Cuomo isn't interested in doing what's best for the New York peoples. He'd rather flirt with the feels of blue ballot holders. And watch his staff flirt with young broads, apparently (see New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Named in Sexual Harassment Suit…).

While Cuomo flirts with the illegals, he raises a middle finger to the law. Why that's a bad idea.
