Ron DeSantis teams up with Elon Musk to provide relief to families affected by Hurricane Ian

The latest collab just dropped! Ron DeSantis announced that he is teaming up with Elon Musk to provide internet coverage to families affected by Hurricane Ian. Musk, using his Starlink company, has provided similar relief to other countries, It's nice to see him doing to same here in America too.

DeSantis made the announcement that “they’re positioning the Starlink satellites to provide good coverage to Southwest Florida and other affected areas." Also, Musk and Starlink donated all the costs associated with the coverage. The hope is that this will help restore internet coverage while crews get to work on the state.

It's also good to know that the equipment will go based on who needs it the most. When Vice-President Kamala Harris said that aid should be prioritized based on race and gender, both Elon Musk and Team DeSantis spoke out against it.

This isn't the first time a collaboration between Musk and DeSantis has been teased. Life-long democrat Elon Musk has been turned off by his party's incompetence and rigid devotion to woke orthodoxy. The billionaire has started voting Republican. and said he would vote for Ron DeSantis as president based on his leadership during the pandemic. It was an endorsement that DeSantis graciously (and hysterically) accepted. Even though, DeSantis is only running for reelection as governor and NOT even considering anything else.

It's good to see DeSantis and Musk teaming up to help the American people. Here's to hoping the two men find other opportunities to continue to do so in the future. The near future. Like, the next two to three years or so.
