A popular criticism of homeschooling your children is that they will grow up to be uneducated rubes. The criticism tends to be leveled by progressive twits like this alleged English teacher, who has declared proper grammar and writing to be white supremacy. THIS is what your kid is missing out on by not sending them to public school. Boy oh boy, don't you feel stupid now homeschool parent!

According to Fox News, this specimen "teaches" "English" at a California High School.

Her class studies linguistics and the rules on how she claims people really communicate "instead of the made-up rules that white supremacy created for when we write papers and stuff."

Made-up, white supremacy rules like "always cite your sources." Citing your sources is a made-up rule created by "westerners in power." That makes citing your sources racist and bad.

This part's my favorite, what she refers to as the "language of respectability":

Just because your teachers, your professors, and your boss may expect you to write and speak in a certain way that may not be natural to you...

Grammar? Citing Sources? Communicating gooder? That's all the "white mainstream culture of public school life." At least, according to this person.

It's remarkable that your homeschooled student can even function in modern society not having this public school knowledge shared with them. After all, you as a parent are not licensed to teach. This woman is.
