Donald Trump Calls for the Death Penalty for the NYC Attacker
We don't yet know everything about NYC attacker Sayfullo Saipov (see Uh-Oh: NYC Suspect was Interviewed in 2015 by Federal Agents and Top 5 Things You Should Know About the Diversity Visa Program). He's barely been charged with terrorism. But the president, who must have been up late watching Fox, chimed in with what he thinks the penalty should be.
Federal authorities charged 29-year-old Saipov on Wednesday, two days after he plowed a truck into people in a bike path in lower Manhattan, killing eight people and injuring a dozen more.Trump’s tweet comes amid a debate over whether Saipov will go through the criminal justice system as a legal American resident, or be treated as an enemy combatant. The president said on Wednesday he would consider sending the attacker to Guantanamo Bay — a move that was supported by Sen. John McCain and Sen. Lindsey Graham.

Honestly, I agree with boss, Steven Crowder, here. I don't have an opinion one way or the other yet.
But the responses from the left today are going to be straight fire! Demanding swift punishment for a terrorist? The left will lose its collective caca.
Of course Trump has also tainted the jury pool of America for this...
