Macy's Employee Protects Young Girl from Tranny in Bathroom. Gets Fired...
Another day, another transgender issue. This time a New York Macy's worker, Javier Chavez, was recently fired... For being gay? For being transgender? For being -insert any leftist minority here-? Nope, because he dared disagree with the idea of inviting dudes to drop their pants in the same restroom as little girls. What a douche-dipsenser.
A female customer and her daughter were afraid to enter the restroom due [to a] male's presence there, and a security guard reporting to Chavez directed the man to leave and use the men's room. The man left, claiming to be a female, before then complaining to the store officials about being asked to leave.Chavez was later informed by a Macy's assistant store manager that certain males can use the ladies restroom, something he had not been made aware of prior to the incident. Chavez responded that he had just become aware of the policy. He said it was contrary to his religion and the Bible, but said that even so, he would enforce Macy's policy.
Chavez was then called to a meeting with his human resources manager, who suspended him, and he was subsequently fired.
We here at LwC don't like to throw around the word "discrimination" too much. Mostly because we have more than a few functioning brain cells. But this situation? A bit suspect. At no point in time did Chavez refuse to enforce the company's policies or do his job (see Kim Davis of Kentucky Refuses to Issue Same-Sex Marriage License. 'Tolerant' Liberals Attack). In fact, according to the article, he promised he would uphold Macy's stupid tranny rule. He simply held a different belief than they did... So they fired him. Because of his thoughts. Because of his religious beliefs. ALLEGEDLY.
The firing seems biased and moronic, yes. But there's also a hefty chance that it violated the New York state Human Rights Law. You know, the one that says you don't get to just fire people because of their age, race, sexual orientation, or creed.
Thus, technically as stated by the law, Macy's took a dump all over Chavez's human rights. All for the sake of entertaining a grown man's fantasy of being a woman. Or maybe a 6-year-old girl. Or heck, maybe even a dog. Because Macy's, like most leftists, refuses to discriminate against anybody based on what they believe. Unless you're a Christian or conservative, of course. In which case, no tolerance for you. Oops.
