You guys have seen the Chewbacca Mom video, right? If not, there is no helping you.

For whatever reason, this video and Chewbacca mom blew up the internet. That's how social media works, totally random and without rhyme or reason. With everything going on in the world, for most people who watched it, seeing this woman's unbridled, simple joy reminded them to be joyful themselves and to enjoy simple things. Should be a nice story for most everyone, right?

I say "most everyone". Other's found racism. And by "others" I mean "perpetually outraged and offended liberals".

I'll admit the college scholarships seems a bit much, but why should I care? She's being blessed and the companies blessing her understand that they couldn't buy this kind of publicity. It's just remarkable that leftists are so joyless and humorless, they even search for racism in the simple act of a pleasant woman buying a toy. This is why leftists can't have nice things.
